45-minute online consultation on SeedSigner, Bitcoin self-custody and 3D printing. Appointment arranged by email after your order.
45 minutes one-on-one via video call, with you and your questions at the centre. Typical topics: your first SeedSigner (assembly, verifying and flashing the image, first steps), wallet setup with Sparrow or Specter, single-sig or multisig, backups and seed protection, the metal backup with BlockMIT and washers, or 3D printing around Bitcoin hardware. Other hardware wallets work too, such as Trezor, BitBox, Foundation Passport or Coldcard.
How it goes: I share my screen with Sparrow Wallet, and a camera films what I do on the hardware wallet so you can follow every step on the device. You can have your own device in hand at the same time and repeat the steps. We keep going until it sticks; open points go on a short note at the end.
Slots usually daily between 16:00 and 22:00 Berlin time. After your order I get in touch by email, we agree on a time and you receive the video call link. One session is often enough to get started; if you need more, simply book another 45 minutes. In German or English.
What I never need: your seed words, your passphrase or access to your wallet. Everything I show, I show on my own test device.
