Box for your stamped-washer seed backup.
The Washer Stack Box is the home for your washer seed backup: a 3D-printed box in which the stack of stamped washers sits on its bolt, held together and in the right order. Designed for M8 washers with a 24 mm outer diameter, so for 12 or 24 words. 24 stainless washers are already included, so all you still need are letter punches and a hammer.
Why a box: a loose stack of washers rolls away, loses its order or ends up in the wrong drawer. In the box the backup stays complete and at hand, yet still looks like workshop leftovers rather than Bitcoin. No print, no logo.
In the box: the 3D-printed box and 24 stainless M8 washers. Stamping is done with the BlockMIT or the punch guide from our shop; letter punches and hammer are not included. Printed by us in Germany, colour as pictured. The backup protects against fire, water and time, not against people who find it: hide it well and keep a second copy in a different building.
