How the price works: every started hour of print time costs 5 €, minimum 15 € per part. PLA, 15 % infill, supports where needed; you pick the layer height with the result (Fast 0.25 · Standard 0.2 · Fine 0.16 · Detail 0.12 mm). Shipping 3 € in Germany, 15 € in the EU. The number here is a guide price – supports or a tricky orientation can change it, you get the final price in our reply.

PrusaSlicer with the profile of our Prusa XL slices the file like for the real print: print time, grams, size. Standard shows after a few seconds, the other levels follow.

You send the request, we check the file by hand and reply with the final price and delivery time. Payment by bank transfer, Lightning or PayPal, then the printer starts.
Anything that fits a 36 × 36 × 36 cm bed and holds up in PLA: cases, brackets, replacement parts, figures, prototypes. One colour per part. Other materials like PETG or ASA on request by mail.
The slicer calculates with the model as uploaded. If the part needs supports, a different orientation or a brim, print time changes. We check every file by hand before we name the final price – it is usually the same or close.
It is stored on our own server for 14 days and then deleted automatically. The slicer runs on our own machine. We never pass files on, and without a request the upload stays anonymous.
The quote comes within a minute, our reply usually within a day. Printing takes the time shown plus a day for cooling, cleaning and packing; shipping with DHL in Germany one to two days.
